As a Hart of Dixie fan, based on some of the reviews, I was a little worried. Turns out, I was unwarranted. The only similarities are that it takes place in a small town, the main character moves there to start over, and the doctor is played by the same actor. It’s a completely different storyline, it’s more dramatic and darker. I’m glad I gave it a chance. You should too!
