Synopsis
In the midst of an international crisis, Kate Wyler, a career diplomat, lands a high-profile job for which she is ill-suited, with tectonic consequences for her marriage and her political future. Producers have convinced both the US and British governments to allow them to use real locations for the series, including more recently the US Embassy (at Nine Elms), which opened in 2018.

And while the world hasn’t gotten down to hooking the storyline yet, the surprisingly talented, diverse cast makes it easy to believe that most governments are taken over by people who haven’t emotionally left high school. This series looks good, sounds good, feels good — it’s supremely hilarious and intelligent adult entertainment.
