There is a lot of music from the 80s, I myself love music and I really liked the films from that period, it is inserted where it needs to be, so you can take a break from what you’re seeing and listen to the music
I saw the film for the first time in the cinema in English, I was very impressed, very pleasant atmosphere, the director returned to us in the 1970s and 1980s, the film contains many elements: there is AIDS, prostitution, pimping, homeless people, homosexuality, Italian mafia, Russian caviar and vodka, the actor plays at his best, Sebastian Stan played the role of young Trump well, speech, gestures and facial expressions are at the highest level, as if you were seeing Trump himself on the news, but I liked the role of Jeremy Strong in Roy Cohn’s music video even more (Oscar nomination guaranteed), and I also liked Maria Bakalova in Ivan Trump’s music video with a funny Russian accent. Main character: Young Trump appears in a change of his nature, young, insecure, not knowing how to position himself as closed and facing the public, while full of plans, he wants to give New York a new face, put cool office buildings and fashionable hotels.
I can’t say anything about authenticity, but it’s a feature film
But how things change after we meet Roy Cohn in 1973 in a New York restaurant, where the whole entourage gathered, that with the arrival of the 1980s and the new President Reagan, we already have a different person in front of us. I really liked how the director showed Trump’s attitude towards his loved ones, friends, colleagues and relatives.
