Synopsis
An agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi fall in love; discovering if their relationship survive their wildly different lives and meddling families.. Originally titled "Shiksa", which is also the last word said in the first episode.. I was so excited for this one! Some of the dialogue and parts of the storyline, especially in the first episode, missed the mark. A few minutes in I thought, is this going to suck?Well, I stuck with it and ended up REALLY enjoying it. The love story was passionate and they definitely had chemistry. And that first kiss. WOOFTA. I think I also got pregnant.Also, many laugh out loud funny moments. 100% my sense of humor.Is it an Oscar winner? Probably not. Will people be offended? Absolutely. But it's a feel-good story that was an easy binge with lovable characters. Can't wait for Season 2.
