Scenario

Anderson. The incident with Valya Harkonnen using the voice is from a so-called “Mentats of Dune.” All three books intertwine the development of the Sisterhood, the Mentats, the Navigators, and the Suk Doctors.

The series started off well, it’s interesting to watch but for a Dune fan I feel like there’s been too much emphasis on the Sisterhood in the series, there should be more variety for the other factions and stories involved, it feels a bit short. The Sisterhood is absolutely everywhere and we can’t get used to the world of Dune and the Imperium and other events outside of the bubble where the Sisterhood want to gain control and power.
However in the series there are so many scenes in the palace but I can’t get the feel of it
I feel like we’re missing a bit of CGI to see the planets and get a more of a feel for the Imperium, maybe they should show the grandeur of the Great Families something the Dune movies put a lot of emphasis on, you could see the armies marching around, the battleships, the different factions.. you don’t see any soldiers anywhere, maybe from 2 episodes we only have one short scene of the general public in the Imperium which is far from enough.

It could be done better, you have to portray the sense of grandeur, you can’t put the entire story between two main characters and everything else seems empty… A new season of “Silo” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
