Synopsis
Adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross
Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which was a box office flop and led Lionsgate to scrap the previously planned sequel Double Cross. Story-wise, I enjoyed the series and have been a fan of Aldis since the first episode of Leverage.
Every scene was dark and foggy
My biggest complaint was the dark cinematography. Before long, I found the fog at times so much that it was distracting…
where did that come from?
Nobody smokes. Wildfires?
a permanent grip or something
They could be out in the open at noon with a blue sky, and they still found a way to make it look dark… Also, I’ll refrain from spoiling the ending, but it went a little off the rails, and tried a little to address every possible issue…
