Hysteria by Def Lepard, Heaven’s in fire by KISS, Talking in Languages by Meatloaf, Can I play with Madness by Iron Maiden, Die Young by Black Sabbath, Mother by Danzig, It’s Late by Queen and Dance Macabre by Ghost.
At least, I hope so
This show captures 1989, The Satanic Panic, and the style of all old supernatural horror movies to a T. I suspect that when the network saw this, they made them edit out some of the smaller walls that might reveal a possible finale so they could make a second season.
But, having lived through that period, I can say that they did it very well
Although this is not a comedy, I was made to laugh by all the references to other films of this genre, which somehow reminded me of “Stranger Things”, but they limited the panic, blood, nudity and ultra-violence, and at the same time showed a good show. .
Hats off to producers, directors and screenwriters
PS: the cast is good, and this is Bryce Campbell’s second best role after Bubba Ho Tep.
